A newly opened and stylishly decorated seafront restaurant in Albir, with a great international menu and a good choice of imaginative gourmet fish and meat dishes. Pasta & Pasta

Looking for the best, home made Italian food, as Mama used to make? This is genuinely one of the best Italian restaurants in Albir, run by a friendly Italian family, using good quality ingredients including organic flour, for the best pastas and pizza. We especially recommend their traditional pasta Carbonara, but don’t forget to save room for the wonderful tiramisu. La Cena

This lovely international restaurant is situated on the sea front, between Albir and Altea. A stylish and inviting interior makes this one of the most popular restaurants in the area, with a wide menu, which includes breakfasts, light lunches, salads, pastas, tapas selections and grilled meats. Great food, attentive service and wonderful atmosphere means that you must visit here on your trip. Las Coronas Restaurante

This is one of our favourite international restaurants, consistently offering the best home cooking, from very friendly hosts. Situated in a front line location, close to Altea harbour, there is a lovely terrace and a stylishly decorated interior. Lots of specials, daily menus and something for everyone. Taperia El Mosset

This Spanish run tapas bar and restaurant is informal and friendly, with a range of freshly made tapas and main courses. There is also a wide selection of wines and daily menu recommendations, based on the freshest seasonal produce available. The mussels were amazing! This is busy with local Spanish families, so book a table or risk being disappointed. view on map

Kathmandu Nepalese Restaurant

Well run by a friendly Nepalese family, this popular restaurant offers Indian and Nepalese cooking at its best. The food is always consistently good and very reasonably priced; our recommendation is the Lamb Madras, which is excellent! Easy to find at the top the dry river bed, just opposite Albir Playa Hotel. Reasonable prices and wonderful authentic South East Asian cooking at its best, you won´t regret it here. view on map

The Church Irish bar

The Church is a traditional and authentic Irish bar, already well known for its live music and good craic. Now they are offering a range of freshly cooked, pub food options, including the best fish and chips, traditional pies, sharing plates, a very popular Sunday roast as well as daily specials. view on map

Tiffin Albir

This charismatic Indian restaurant serves only the highest quality food, prepared in a traditional way, using the best quality ingredients. The restaurant is very attractively decorated, using Punjabi parasols on the ceiling, there is also a cool courtyard and some of the friendliest staff we have met. The food is often cooked using a clay and charcoal fuelled Tandoori oven, we don’t think you will be disappointed and you can book a table online. La Livi

This lovely bistro style restaurant has a great south facing terrace and a wide selection of international dishes, to suit everyone. High quality food, great personal service and a wonderful vibe. They offer a varied, fixed price Menu del dia and can serve light snacks, drinks and full meals for most of the day.
